In a nutshell, epoxy flooring is a type of synthetic resin floor system that is laid on top of concrete substrates as a form of protection and decoration. The systems can comprise of several layers of thermosetting resin that are coated, trowelled or poured, and generally applied onto a concrete substrate.

High Build Epoxy Coating System is a unique formulation with solvent-free high build epoxy system which produces hard chemical resistant, aesthetically pleasing colored floor coating, dustproof areas for precision assembly sections in Engineering and Electronic industries etc.

Epoxy grout on the other hand, is made of epoxy resins combined with a filler powder. This makes it waterproof and almost completely resistant to stains. It's durability makes it the ideal choice for splashbacks, floors and high-traffic areas

Epoxies are created by polymerizing a mixture of two starting compounds, the resin and the hardener. When resin is mixed with a specified catalyst, curing is initiated. Curing is the process by which molecular chains react at chemically active sites, resulting in an exothermic reaction.

Technically, we can say that industrial paint is a product that, presented in liquid, paste or powder form, and applied by a suitable process to a surface, shall be transformed by a curing process into a solid, plastic, adhesive film that protects and/or decorates simultaneously.

Essentially, an industrial coating is a covering. It's typically some sort of epoxy or polyurethane polymer. And it's used to cover steel, concrete, or other materials. These materials are generally subject to some sort of erosive force whether that be weather or water erosion.
